"We have consolidated our presence in foreign markets, successfully expanding internationally for decades. Thanks to our adaptability and flexibility, we have managed to penetrate demanding markets, offering products that meet high quality standards.

Each of our products reflects our dedication and the highest quality standards, proudly Made in Spain. All production takes place at our facilities in Enguera, allowing us to control every stage of the process—from yarn warping to the final finishing of the blankets. This integrated approach ensures an exceptional product, crafted with the utmost attention to detail. It also allows us to guarantee consistent high quality and full traceability at every step. Our transparency extends throughout the entire supply chain, building long-lasting relationships of trust with our suppliers.
We know exactly where our yarns come from, and to ensure environmental respect, we only work with Global Recycle Standard (GRS) certified yarns, thus contributing to resource protection and sustainability.

This commitment to sustainable production is a core part of our culture and drives us to keep improving.
Production stages: from the yarn to the final blanket
Our manufacturing process follows a series of careful and meticulous stages:
1. Selection and warping of yarns:
We begin by selecting high-quality yarns, ensuring they are both durable and soft to the touch. These yarns are then warped in our facility to provide them with the proper structure for weaving.

2. Weaving:
"In our weaving mill, we weave our high-quality yarns into a durable and soft fabric. To achieve this, the fine yarn is pulled through the longitudinal warp threads. The weaving reed throws the weft yarns through the warp threads—which are raised and lowered alternately—all within milliseconds, thus creating the fabric. The beautiful designs of our blankets are achieved through special weaving techniques that allow us to combine up to six different yarn colors in a single piece. Depending on the type of product we are manufacturing, we use various types of looms, each adapted to the specific characteristics of the blanket or throw we are creating.

3. Finishing:
In this phase, the blankets go through several stages that ensure their softness, comfort, and durability. First, we craft one of our blankets’ most characteristic features: the fringes. Each blanket passes through our fringing machine, where the threads are twisted and pressed to form the fringe—adding that distinctive and unique touch to our products. Then, the blankets move to our dry-finishing department, where they acquire their soft and cozy feel through an exclusive, chemical-free process. In this step, the blankets are napped and sheared using only mechanical processes. First, the polishing machine is used; its raising rollers, equipped with fine and pointed metal pins, gently and precisely extract the fibers from the weft yarn, achieving an incredibly soft, fluffy, and warm texture. Finally, to guarantee a perfect finish, any pilling is removed through high-temperature shaving, leaving the blanket completely ready for use with impeccable softness and appearance.
4. Tailoring and details:
The blankets are cut, branded with various labels and customizations, and then put through a rigorous quality control process. This step is essential to ensure that every blanket meets our standards of excellence. Our team thoroughly inspects each piece, evaluating the visual finishes as well as the texture and durability of the fabric. Only those blankets that meet our strict quality regulations are approved for packaging. Those that do not meet these standards—no matter how small the imperfections—are not discarded. Instead, we donate them, contributing to charitable causes and ensuring that nothing goes to waste. This process reflects our commitment to quality, as well as our social and environmental responsibility. Additionally, in our tailoring department, we prepare customized samples and color charts according to the needs of our distributors, agents, and brands, facilitating the decision-making process for their orders.

5. Packaging and Logistics:
Finally, the blankets are carefully packaged, ready for distribution. During the palletizing stage, we ensure that every order is packed efficiently and securely so that products reach their destination in perfect condition. We use strapping to secure the load and prevent any movement during transit. Furthermore, each product is meticulously labeled with all the necessary information to facilitate identification and distribution. Thanks to our expertise in international logistics, we optimize the shipping process, streamlining imports and reducing delivery times for our clients. This logistical approach allows us to provide a fast and reliable service, helping our customers manage their orders more efficiently.
